Internet Headaches = No New Videos

Hello! And much love to anyone who is reading this! I am exhausted. I've had quite a busy few days. I just had my first day of work for the summer and I've got a huge list of things I need to do at home as well.

If anyone's been on my youtube channel you'll see that I was complaining about Bell Internet (If you're not interested just skip this paragraph). For the past two months we've had family staying with us (including a tween & a teen). So, we're using a lot more internet than we usually would. Two months ago we blindly paid the bill (making the mistake of trusting Bell). Last month's bill came and I was the one who noticed that there was a 60$ overage charge. I called and spoke to a woman named Ketty in the "Household Resolution Centre" who was a huuuuuge bitch. She basically told me if I was trying to get a credit it "wasn't going to happen" and that she was sorry but we can add more gigs if I wanted. Previously being with Rogers, they warn you on your browser when you're approaching your limit. I repeatedly told her no, I didn't want to spend more money, I just wanted to know why I wasn't warned. She tells me that they don't tell customers how much they're using due to "privacy", but if you sign up for it online they will send you an email once you've reached a certain point (choice of 50, 75, 90). The woman didn't even try to offer any kind of customer service. she even yelled at me multiple times. I kept telling her this isn't personal but this isn't good customer service, she needs to calm down for which she said "I AM CALM!". Ridiculous. I hope they fire her. Anyways, since I'm not the account holder I couldn't talk to anyone above her (she was a "supervisor" she said). Once my mom came home, she verified herself and told them to deal with me. After which a woman from Customer Resolution was extremely nice and tried to help me reduce my bill. I'm still not sure, I might switch my services to Rogers depending on what they can offer me! It was really an annoying experience and that woman enraged me so much, I really hope she gets fired. I've been in customer service for years and it's not about the problem...it's about trying to find a solution.

Anyways, in the end. I can't upload any new videos for a few days! It's very annoying. But I'm looking to start off the summer well.

Anyways, I should really be sleeping I've got to be up early for work.
